Join us for a special live storytelling event on Thursday, September 25 at 7 pm! In collaboration with WERU and audio producer Lizzie Peabody, we'll hear true, personal stories from our Castine community members about times they were "finding a place." It might be getting lost on a road trip, moving somewhere new, or simply finding a favorite chair. This free event will be held in person only in the museum’s Hutchins Education Center. No registration is required to attend.
Do you have a story to tell? If you’re interested in sharing a story, email Haley and Georgia at education@wilsonmuseum.org and we’ll connect you with Lizzie to discuss your story idea(s). Stories should be 5–7 minutes long, true, and based on your own experience. They should include some kind of desire, challenge, decision, or transformation. No performance experience necessary!
